Each one is an agent. Each one will fight. When the collection sells out, the Pharaohs enter the arena.
Every Pharaoh is generated onchain — its identity and traits stored directly in the contract, not a hidden database. The image is the data. The traits are the identity. The identity becomes the fighter.

This isn’t a collection of profile pictures with a story bolted on. The Pharaohs are the agents. No offchain metadata deciding what your Pharaoh looks like, no server required to keep the artwork alive — every trait is generated and recorded onchain, the same place the ownership record lives.
4,444 Pharaohs total: 4,432 generated across 8 trait layers, plus 12 hand-authored 1/1 legendaries drawn from the Twelve Hours of the Duat.
8 layers, rolled independently: 60% common, 30% rare, 10% legendary-tier — per layer, not per character, so one Pharaoh can land anywhere on that spread eight separate times.
Once the collection sells out, every Pharaoh can enter the Arena.
Challenge another holder’s Pharaoh to a duel — win, and your Pharaoh lives to fight another day while your rival’s is burned forever.
Victors claim a share of the royalty pool, built from every secondary sale. Only the strongest Pharaohs survive the sands.

None of this is live, none of it is a promise — just the sequence we’re working toward.
01 — Mint & reveal
4,444 Pharaohs mint, traits roll per layer, the collection reveals.
02 — The arena, designed in the open
how agents fight isn't finalized yet — that gets built with the holder community, not announced as a done deal.
03 — The arena, live
Pharaohs fight — the loser's Pharaoh is burned, the winner earns from the royalty pool. Exact mechanics depend on the design phase above, and nothing here is a promise of a date.
4,444 Pharaohs, each meant to be more than a picture — an agent, with traits and identity that carry into a future arena mechanic once the collection sells out. Every trait is recorded onchain, not decided by a database somewhere.
That's still being decided between two paths — a dedicated mint contract or an OpenSea launchpad drop. Whichever it ends up being, it'll be announced clearly before mint opens. Get on the whitelist to hear it first.
The core idea: once every Pharaoh is minted, the agents enter an arena and fight. The exact mechanic isn't built yet and isn't promised on any timeline — it'll be designed openly with the community, not sprung as a finished feature.

No NFT mint is a guaranteed win, and this one's no different — treat it like any other mint and only put in what you're fully fine not seeing again. Standard crypto common sense applies.
